Craving pineapple!

I just finished the fresh container of cut pineapple we bought on Saturday and I am now staring at the full pineapple on the counter waiting impatiently for it to finish ripening.... I think I may have to go buy more fresh cut. So wierd. I get the Samoa craving, it makes total sense, but the pineapple has thrown me for a loop!

So WEIRD! I was just telling my husband that I NEED pineapple and am actually leaving in a few to go get some--

I actually am craving pineapple AND coconut--MAN its nutty!

My BFF says its because I need a Pina Colada hee hee......in a few months I can have the real deal but for now a virgin one will have to do

I have two sitting on my kitchen counter...I really wanted some last night at about 10:30 but was just too lazy to cut it up!

On another random pineapple note...one of the girls in my office sells Pampered Chef stuff, they have a pretty cool pineapple corer (sp?) that she said makes cutting pineapples a breeze!

The past month I have been crazy about pineapple too! I eat a whole fresh pineapple every 3-4 days as of now! I have some cut up and ready to go for my afternoon snack!
