FB Rant (NPGR)

We've all had that obnoxious FB friend that incessantly brags or bi*chs about being PG. But have you ever had an issue where ONE particular friend doesnt stop bragging about EVERYTHING in their life from when they paid off a major bill- bragging about an AMAZING job- bragging about how wonderful their marriage or DH is- TO POSTING PICTURES OF THEIR LUXURY CAR PHOTO SHOOT!!! Im sorry, but who does that, who A. has a car photo shoot, and B. posts pics of their stupid cars all over FB. Its not even about being jealous because my Dh and said friends Dh have the same exact job and make the same exact money, its not fooling me. But why is it necessary to post so much personal info up on FB that is so obviously a cry for attention? It just gets old after a while.

Maybe I wouldnt be irritated if said friend was just braggy, but she also inadvertently puts other people down because they arent living her life exactly. She can be so nice sometimes, but then EVERY WEEK a post like this comes up and I just want to shake her! My hubby and I just paid off 2 major bills, are in the process of buying a new car, ect, ect, but I NEVER post crap like that on FB because a. no one cares, and b. some people DO have it harder than I do and it only makes them feel worse about something they cant control. 

OK RANT DONE! sorry, have any of you ever had this issue with FB friends?

These are the types that I end up hiding so I don't have to see it in my feed.

I wish I could but her DH and mine are on good terms and its never good to piss someone off that your in the AF with because it typically comes back to bite you in the a$$. I was going to at one point for bi*ching me out about "copying her wedding because my DH wore his uniform also" (heres a hint, hes in the military, duh), but DH told me not to because he didnt want beef with her DH.

I usually just ignore it too, but the luxury car photo shoot got to me. lol.

You can just change your friend settings so her posts don't come up on your news feed. I do it to my friends that post about politics all the time...especially the ones I disagree with!

People like this are also the first to claim that you are 'just jealous of them' if you call them out on the BS. 

I say hide her from your news feed...
