KAs tacos - pork variation

We tried this tonight and it was almost as good as the original!

Mix together 1 T ground red pepper, 1 T oregano, 1 t salt and 1 tsp pepper and use in place of the chicken taco seasoning.

1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into 4 or 5 slices in place of the chicken.  Ours was frozen but we had it defrost in water for an hour to soften enough to slice it.

Use the rest of the recipe as normal....pico de gallo, 1/4 cup each of olive oil and water.  Freakin good, the pork shredded with a fork and was juicy and tender.  It has a kick, so go light on the red pepper if you can't hang :)
