What's the weather like in Sarasota this week?

I was born and partially raised in Sarasota so I've spent a lot of time there.  But, I now live in NC and its been really cold here.  We are heading down there on Thursday for a week and I don't want to pack a ton of clothes for DH, DD and I.  I guess I should just pack spring/layering type stuff?

    COLD!! it has been really windy and high 50's. It is going to be in the 50/60's this week but I think finally warming up a bit next weekend so while you are here it should hopefully be in the 70's. Have a nice trip!!!

    pack jeans and a sweatshirt for night time... but spring and layering is key. Jeans/pants are the way to go! Bring sneakers and sock just incase my feet get cold in my flops on the 60 degree days
