Viability day.  It is when you get to 24w and the baby has a chance of living if it has to be born.

It is a big milestone because when you get to 24 weeks, your baby has a 50% chance of surviving if born.   As each week go by after that, your baby has an increased chance of surviving.

"Please don't think I am being snarky, because I celebrated V-day too.  V-day is not so much that the baby is more likely to survive if born now (there's still only a 30-40% chance).  24 weeks marks the earliest that doctors will take extraordinary measures to save a baby.  Prior to 24 weeks, most doctors won't do this.  That's why it's V-day.  Vitality rates go up to close to 80% at 26-28 weeks."
