HI ![]()
A few days ago I saw you commented on a post in reference to the Nap Nanny. We got DD this as well for her reflux.. She (like most babies) hates laying flat. So she does sleep really well in it. My question is do you put this in your DDs crib? I am always worrying about SIDS and of course they say you never put anything in the crib.. Just curious to see if any other moms are doing this. Although she is buckeled I still worry. I also took your recomendation on that post and use the snuggle headrest thing from her car seat in there to give her some extra head support ![]()
Thanks!
Re: **Ehicks***
I'm sure adding the Snuzzler is a SIDS risk, but she LOVED it in her car seat, and we use it in her bouncer too, so I figured it couldn't be too much of a danger.
I do put the nap nanny in her crib. I figured it would probably be the same on the floor or in the crib? I guess I want her to get the idea of being in the crib, so that once she doesn't need it anymore (if that day ever comes) then she will be used to being inside the crib.
?I feel she is super safe inside of it. Even the few times she slept in it and her head sort of flopped to the side, she was completely fine.
She sleeps in her swing during the day sometimes and has her face planted against the side of it and just snores away... so she seems to be okay as far as sleeping in odd places haha
I'm glad its working for you... it was such a relief for us. Having her sleep in her car seat gave me anxiety and I really wanted her to feel like she was in her own bed... not in a car seat that was in a bed haha?
Right now we are sleeping downstairs. Its a mess..lol I am very eager to get her up in her room
Thanks!
