First day home without DH

He went back to work today, boo!

Giving LO his meds by myself was fun (not) and now that he's back to work I realize how blessed I was to have him home for 4 weeks...even going to the bathroom takes forever! Have to grab the bouncy, stick DS in it, hurry up while he screams, etc.

*sigh* I was so spoiled with DH home!

It was hard when DH went back to work, it gets easier though lol!

I'm jealous that you had your dh home for 4 weeks!! Mine got 5 days leave.  DD was 9 days old when we were home together fo the first time, all day!  It gets much easier, quickly.  DH works from home 3 days a week, but he can't help to much when he is home because he's so busy.

Yeah, you think, "this whole baby thing is a piece of cake!" and then your H goes back to work... Ugh. Single moms are superheroes, seriously.

You figure things out quick! It makes the time when DH is home with you that much better too.

Aw, the first couple of days are rough! DH was home with us for 3 weeks and it was SO nice. You'll get into a rhythm, though.

Yeah, I totally thought that, haha!  I had to go the bathroom, DS was screaming his head off and I was like "what do I do??" LOL...I had to go downstairs, drag the bouncer up, plop him in it...

but I wouldn't trade my life for anything
