Last night we went out for my husbands birthday and I ate well, steak and veggies, and splurged on garlic mashed potatoes, a little bread and a few bites of creme brulee. I wasn't planning on checking my bs because we ate so late but ended up being awake anyway... so my number was 92! Great! And I went to bed... tired and still full... skipped my normal snack. This morning I was spilling moderate Ketones. I am guessing because I skipped my snack? I ate a higher calorie breakfast hoping my ketones will correct.

Thanks! Most days I am negative or trace to small....
I have an appointment tomorrow and I am thinking/hoping that I won't have to monitor anymore at home... it's just one more thing to have to do! I'll be at weekly appointments after this week so I am hoping we can just check them there and call it good!
