I read the previous post and went to the referenced websites to start my grocery list, but would love your suggestions as well. I won't be meeting w/the dietician until next week sometime but need to go grocery shopping today and would like to avoid having to go back after I meet with him.
So far I have:
Peanut Butter, Apples, Cottage Cheese, String Cheese, Strawberries, Cantelope, whole wheat bread/flat bread
So what staples things would you add to my list?

I make a gorp of 1pk raisins, 1pk craisuns, 1 can cashew pieces and 1 jar peanuts - yum! Like a pbj in your mouth, lol.
Carrots & ranch dressing (or any veggies)

Celery & pb
Light peaches/pineapple drained with cottage cheese
Whole wheat pasta
Light bread
SF hard candy
SF gum
veggies-- brocolli, salad, zuchini, spinach
low carb tortillas
