We start our bed time routine at 8:00pm. feed her, bath her, massage w/ lavender lotion and cuddle. Then I swaddle her and lay her down and she will usually sleep from 9:30pm till about 7:00am
We do have a bedtime routinue and it has made putting DS to bed WAY easier.
Starting around 7 we do a bath, diaper change, sleep sack and swaddle, I nurse and then he goes down.
It seems like he sleeps until about 2 or so. although last night he slept until 4 and then up again at 6 to eat again.
I am fine with his constant waking because I feel like it has to do with breastfeeding and his tiny tummy.
I don't know if having a bedtime routinue makes him sleep longer (although it does seem like it has gotten better) I think that it helps with him knowing it is time to go to sleep. He just falls right asleep and doesn't kick up much of a fuss at being put in his crib. (he naps in his carseat)
Re: 10weekers...
