Richard Scarry's Cars and Truck and Things that Go! We could spend an hour in that book and still find more to talk about. It was a fav of my brother when he was little too.
DS has so many. He loves every Mo Willems book we have (Edwina the Dinosaur Who Didn't Know She Was Extinct, Knuffle Bunny, the pigeon books). He also loves Edward the Emu and Edwina the Emu. All the Laura Numeroff books (If You Give a ___ a ____). Recent favorites are Horton Hatches the Egg and The Polar Express (not exactly the season for the latter, but he doesn't care). He also loves Curious George.
He's rarely on one book for too long, so it's hard to keep track of what his true favorites are!

So funny, because ML doesn't love the Fancy Nancy books I've tried to push onto her (for their brevity), but does love every other book, including super boring ones (i.e. The Catholic Bible for Children, but really for older kids and is such.a.snoooooze). She received some rather less known Dr. Seuss for Christmas that she LOVES: the Sneetches, The Butter Battle Book, and Marvin K Mooney will You Please Go Now? She also like the Disney Books we've gotten from the $1 aisle at Target, Richard Scarry (TB, who is 2, loves them even more, especially "The Goldbug Book", aka Cars and Trucks and Things That Go), Sandra Boynton, Laura Numeroff ("If you Give A..." books), and all her Olivia books.
Ditto Berenstein Bears and Where the Sidewalk Ends. She loves all Robert Munsch books (favorites are 50 Below Zero, Purple Green and Yellow, and Mortimer). Clifford, Curious George, Thomas the Train, Disney princess books, etc.
