i don't think they were made for pregnant women! i've had to put my seat farther back so now it is harder for me to get the clutch all the way to the floor, i keep stalling out my car when i am backing into a parking space! am i the only one?
I just bought my new car last Saturday. My old car was a manual. I wasn't having issues with the steering wheel nearly as much as I was having with getting in and out of the car. It was getting pretty cramped in there, but I mostly made DH drive it and I took his car instead.

I have one. I haven't had any problems yet. I'm trying to remember way back when I was pregnant with DD if I had problems, but I can't remember that part. But I know I drove a standard back then as well.
Oh my goodness. You ladies are my heros! We have a strict rule in our family.... No standards. I can not drive them to save my life. DH has tried, and tried, and tried to teach me... but I stall it every. single. time. Soo frusterating. MIL and FIL will only have standards.

i do, and i've never thought about that. i'm short already and have the seat up as far as it will go. i never thought about a big belly getting in the way. this could be really funny when i get to your stage. but hopefully we will have our new highlander by then.
