Zilker train hours??

Does anyone know when it's open and running? My god-daughter is coming in town and we wanted to go either late this afternoon when they get in or earlier tomorrow morning. I've scoured the interwebs, but can't seem to find the answer and know one of you ladies will know!

called them and the guy said, " every hour on the the hour until 5 o'clock"

the first ride is usually 10am, or they usually take off at 10:15. the rest are on the hour.?
