Anyone know any good detox/ jump start diets? I am a bridesmaid in 3 weeks. I was overweight to start with, gained a few pounds during my pg and then have been very bloated since my m/c. Any advice would be helpful!!

You have to be careful with any of the detox/jump starts. The best way to go is by cutting out sugar and limiting your carb in take. Skip the soda and alcohol and drink plenty of water. Plus doing some extra cardio.

I agree with Lisa. Cutting out excess sugar, soda, and juices is a great way to lose weight. They say diet soda is ok or zero points for WW, but it will still make you retain water, which means extra weight!
Limiting your carbs to whole wheat or multi grain products will also help! I switched to wheat/multi grain breads and wheat pasta. It definitely helps, but still has to be eaten in moderation
