I didn't see any reason to wait, so I told my boss today.  Things have been tense since I came back part-time from ML and I feel a sense of relief that my career here is almost over, even though I do love my boss and co-workers. Once Little Little One comes it wouldn't make any sense for me to keep working, as I pay out half of my income to daycare already. I just want to take care of our babies and maybe finish my degree. I hope it all comes together. He was happy for me and said he would help me out in any way he can, now I am just on pins and needles for tomorrow's u/s.
