All the added stress they are giving themselves is going to send them into pre term labor. But if they want a war im sure theyre are some girls on here that will win it for us.
I vote for Anabell and Nannyannie to be our spokesgals-- they have mad skillz. Maybe we can recall a few others from 0-3.
Just a suggestion for later on...post your birth stories in detail for those ladies that you really 'love'...Not sure if shorty or TX have shown up yet but I'll keep my eyes peeled for them for ya!
They may be able to move around faster because they don't have bumps (or they think they do, anyway) but I would most certainly use my bump to my advantage in a board-war. Throat punch via my bump, anyone?
Put your game face on....we can take'em! I can't wait to see some of them over here in a few months begging to know what a real contraction feels like!
From what I understand, it is a handful of snarky a$$ women, and not everyone appreciates it, but for entertainment sake, they are egged on.
I can't wait for them to start entering in the 2nd and 3rd tri boards with other women that are completely over 1st tri drama/hormones and trying to act like they rule the board. Someone remind me to come back around for that.
Hum. That's an interesting statement. You were just over there telling them to "get the fuuck over it". That doesn't smack of being over 1st tri drama.... if you are over it yourself?
I suddenly remember why I hated the 1st tri board. Some of those posters take things waaaaay too seriously.
Ummm.. all those first tri posters are now the same ones that are now on the third tri board too.. Right?
I don't know. I feel like most people eventually got over themselves or left the boards completely. There seems to be less drama on 2nd tri, and even less on 3rd. I could be wrong though.

I know the rest of 1st-tri is alll into not "butting in" on other boards, but whatever...On behalf of all the SANE 1st tri's I'd like to apologize The drama queens obviously don't know quite what to do with their hormones. It's stressing me out...time for a break from that board. I had no idea what I was getting into. I for one, appreciate any and all advice.
Ironically enough it's always the drama queens who have no problem coming onto 2nd or 3rd tri to ask totally inane, easily-google-able questions (i.e. will lotion prevent stretch marks or how much weight will you gain, etc.), but heaven forbid someone further along come onto their board to give actual well-intentioned advice! I guess we're just supposed to stay here and wait for one of them to come start another post about ordering nursery furniture .

Good catch. Luckily, I haven't been sucked into the drama of 1st tri until lately, considering it's every post on every board. I don't have a problem telling them to get the fuuck over it, considering they need to. Thanks though.
that pisseed me off! i left the one who started it all a message i am sure she will have something stupid to say, she is 33 yrs old, and i can't believe she is someone's mother, nice values to pass onto your kid!

I like Meg. She is going to be a great Mommy.
Your little hands wrapped around my finger and its so quiet in the world tonight
Your little eye lids flutter cause your dreamin so I tuck you in, turn on your favorite night light
To you everything's funny, you've got nothing to regret
I'd give all I have hunny, if you could stay like that
Oh darling dont you ever grow up, dont you ever grow up, just stay this little
Oh darling dont you ever grow up dont you ever grow up, it could stay this simple
I wont let nobody hurt you, wont let no one break your heart, no one will desert you
Just try to never grow up
Wow, I am so surprised that my little well intentioned message (which I have since deleted - not good for the bump culture!) turned into this. thank you to all of you who were supportive. You know what gets me though? I hate it when people blame hormones for the reason these chicks are so nasty. I mean, it sort of feels like a high school boy blaming my tears or temper on my "being on the rag" (an expression I always hated.)
If we are bitchy...lets be bitchy....if we are sad, lets be sad. Most of the time there is a reason for it. And its a mood not a character flaw. Hell, we all have our days. I certainly have mine and I agree hormones have a place in the discussion but we need to give these girls credit for being nasty nasty people....it has nothing to do with their pregnancy. that just gives pregnancy a bad name. At my most miserable (and I might just be there right now, physically and emotionally) I could never be so hateful. All of your feelings count..even if I have never met you. Even the nasty girls.

It wasn't the content of your post that they were flaming. It's just the simple fact that you had posted over there. It was fresh meat to them.
They will feel much different when they get to 3rd tri. I'd like to remember a few of the peaches, and come back see what they're saying when they have moved up in the pregnancy world.
They may be able to move around faster because they don't have bumps (or they think they do, anyway) but I would most certainly use my bump to my advantage in a board-war. Throat punch via my bump, anyone?
Hey, welcome to third tri, I haven't seen you in awhile. (I remember the pic of you and your dog from your siggy - it is the only way I remember people around here)
Part of me feels really bad for the 1st tri people who actually might be looking for advice or have some questions. I want to invite them over here for any support......but I would probably be flamed for it. oh well
"I hope you all realize that she took time out of her day to try and be helpful because she appreciated that kind of helpful post back in her first tri. You all, however, are taking time out of your day to be really negative and for no other reason."
But I don't know... something tells me it will just blow up in my face. I agree with what one of the first tri posters said in the OP, they're acting like a bunch of b!tchy cows.
Sorry for lurking... but I will post it for you! I've got my flameproof suit on today!

*ding ding ding!*
I think Cathy hit the nail on the head.
I think everyone needs a drink to mellow out.
Oh ... wait ...

Ha all of this. It's posts like these that I always looked forward to hearing what you and TX have to say. <Sigh> I miss you girls.

*grabs another straw*
Most of us are. It sucks that we get to move from board to board with these people. It just kinda ruins a piece of the experience.
