GD ladies...sweet smelling urine?

Anyone else ever have sweet smelling urine??  If so what does that mean?  My ketones were Neg this AM and my BG level was where it usually is (mid 70's).  Should I call my Dr. or wait?  I have an appt with my OB tomorrow and with my GD nutritionist on Monday.

I would call the Dr.  Could it be amniotic fluid??
