Those dealing w/ infertility or who are interested

My friend's BIL wrote a book on infertility from the father's perspective and will be on The View tomorrow. This was the first I'd heard of it, so I'm interested to find out his point of view. BTW, the couple finally had their baby boy last March after years of infertility treatments. If I understood my friend right, it was their last shot b/c of the expense.
