I've just started Gylburide on Friday since my fasting numbers have been in the mid-90's. I was on this as well during my las pregnancy, but I'm having a hard time remembering what worked and what didn't. The first night I took it I didn't have a snack and ended up waking up at 2:30am with a reading of 51.
The next night I had 1/2 cup of ice cream because I was scared of being too low again and got an 86 for my fasting in the morning. The next 2 nights I had a small glass of whole milk and got readings of 92 and 96. Last night I had carrots and had a reading of 98.
Any suggestions/tips? My nurse isn't really helpful.
TIA!
