When you started rice cereal, how much did you give them? I have read one or two tablespoons to start. How much bm or forumula did you add to it and did you make it thicker the more they got use to it?

Re: f/u to introducing solids
when you first start, they might not really eat at all, or eat much.
when they actually are eating, this is what i do:
1 1/2 tbsp cereal, and add formula till it's the right consistency (never measured, maybe an ounce or more). you're right make it more runny at first, and then thicker as they get used to it. some days it's thicker than others now... i don't try for perfect, as i'm always struggling to get started - i swear they both poop right when i'm about to put them in their chairs.
they share this. i have no idea if i'm doing it right in terms of how much solids i'm giving them. they don't act like they want more.
what does f/u mean??? not what i think it does...?
It means follow-up
