Going to my 33 week growth scan tomorrow.. hopefully my little babies have turned around so they are head down but whatever happens, happens.
I am starting out with Pampers Swaddlers- but will probably continue to buy whatever brand I can get on sale.
Update: I have my 32w4d growth scan this Friday, can't wait and hope they are both a little over 4lbs.
QOTD: I will use pampers swadlers while the boys are in newborn sizes. After that, probably whatever is on sale. I plan to try out Costco's brand, I hear they are very similar to Huggies.
Update: I finally fell a little less like death. M/s is still there, but I can at least manage to eat 1 meal a day now.
QOTD: Kirkland brand diapers and wipes. They are cheap and I have not had any problems with using them on DD. Of course, we will see if they hold up this time. But man I hope so. I have already started stocking.
I had my 30 week growth ultrasound and appointment today. Baby A is 2 lbs 15 ozs and Baby B is 2lbs 14oz. Both are head down finally, and my low placenta moved out of the way! It was the best appointment I've had in a long time, everything looks wonderful. No restrictions except to rest twice a day and keep eating!
QOTD: I like the Pampers Swaddlers as well, I got about 400 of them for my baby shower, lol!
Had our 33w6d growth estimate yesterday and the boys were 5 lbs 6 oz and 5 lbs 0 oz (80th and 65th percentile). Both still transverse, so the c-section is still on for March 17. Had BPPs done and it took some time to get the babies to practice their breathing, but they finally did it. My BP was up for the first time this whole pregnancy, so I'm doing a 24-hour pee collection now (fun!) and going back to the doctor tomorrow. Fingers crossed that it's not pre-e.
QOTD: We've bought small packs of several brands of newborn diapers (Pampers, Huggies, Luvs) and various brands of wipes to see which work best for us before we buy in bulk, probably from Diapers.com at first just because it'll be easiest when we're home with two new babies.
QOTD: We're cloth diapering the boys- using prefolds, KLO's and BG bamboo... I made wipes from terry and flannel.
Update: second fFn came back negative! Just keeping positive!
Update: Growth u/s went really well, Twin A, our girl is 2lbs 1 oz and in the 47th percentile for a singleton, heartrate 142, her eyes were open and she gave a big yawn! Twin B, our boy, is 2 lbs 4 oz and in the 55th percentile for a singleton, heartrate 147, he was swallowing amniotic fluid, his eyes were open too. They were both very active and the Peri said they looked "perfect". He told me if I go to 38 weeks he said they would likely be 7 pounds each but he said he thinks I will go at 36-37 weeks and have five or six pounders each. He said twins tend to follow the growth of a singleton until about 33 weeks and then their growth slows down. It was fun and I learned a lot. My next growth ultrasound will be in 4-6 weeks so 31-33 weeks and they said likely that will be my last one. Oh and my cervix is still long and closed so not restrictions, yay! I have a regular Peri appointment next week.
QOTD: I am going to start with Pampers Swaddlers and Pampers unscented wipes with aloe. I am sure when they are no longer newborn I will look at the discount brands too
no update - my next growth scan is Monday, so hopefully they are growing well.
QOTD: I'll probably user pampers swaddlers at first and then switch to something cheaper. I use SAMs club brand w/ DD and they work great, but I've only use the size 3.
Update: Induction scheduled for Monday, March 1st.
QOTD: Pampers Swaddlers as I've heard the most positive feedback about them.
