will I get my period naturally or will I have to go off the med first?

I assume you mean you're using progesterone suppositories after a medicated cycle? If so, the answer is maybe. (Nothing like a vague answer, huh? ) It depends on your body. Personally, I rarely bled thru supps but that's just me. Some ladies will bleed thru the progesterone and have a period.

When I take it to get AF, I am prescribed for 14 days but always get my period before the pills are up (between 9-12 pills for me).  I stop the pills once I have bright red flow.  Some people, however, only get AF a few days after they are done with the pills.
