Sigh... just boxed up the baby clothes...

Just boxed all our newborn clothes, moby wrap, swaddling stuff, Happiest Baby video, etc. and am heading to FexEx soon to send them off to one of my best friends and her new little one. Sigh...

I'm so happy they'll be used once again, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't hard hard to say goodbye to all of it.  How did my babies get so big, so quickly?!  I can't believe how fast this phase of my life passed - dreamed of it for decades, and then *poof* it's over.  So quickly, too!

Anyone else feel this way when they parted with the baby clothes?!  Sigh...

I think most moms feel that way when getting rid of baby stuff. Maybe not all. Maybe some are like, "whoo-hoo!" Done with the baby stage! Good riddance! lol. But probably not the majority.

yeah, I'm getting ready to get rid of all of ours, too.  I've been saving them for a long time, but I don't even think I'd use them again if I had cause to; they are just so old now!!

Yeah, it was sad, but is getting easier as the boys get older. I'm finally getting to the point where I accept that my infant days are over. It does go by in a flash.

I was pretty sad about getting rid of N's clothes I'd been saving after finding out I was having a boy.  Didn't realize I was so sentimental about them until then!  Right now I'm not thrilled about swings, pack-n-plays and bouncers taking over the house again, but we'll see how I feel when it's time to pack them up for good!

I still have so much newborn stuff that I just can't part with right now. It's so silly, but those tiny little pjs are just too cute to give away.

I know!  I just had my pre op appointment for my tubal....this post made me sad.   I have the kids I wanted but its so hard to close this chapter!
