I hate that my blood sugars are rising.

I've been on the GD diet for almost 5 weeks and right at 4 weeks my numbers started rising.  I'm not going over, but instead of 115s-120s one hour after eating I'm now in the high 130s.  I've had to change my breakfast from 18g carb whole wheat toast to 10g carb whole wheat toast.  My lunch today is the same one I've had for almost 4 weeks straight and it's usually good with 110-115 and now it's in the 130s.  I just hope I can adjust my diet enough to keep it under 140 so I won't need meds.
