Roosevelt Birthing Center

Has anyone delivered there?  I am  hoping to and just found out that we have to take 2 classes in order to use the birthing center.  Do you know if DH needs to take the classes too?  It's frustrating to me that they are all schedule during the day on weekdays.  No weekend classes!

    I don't have any answers for you but I'm delivering at Roosevelt & would like to go natural but my Dr. wont deliver in the birthing center :( ? I haven't gone on the tour or taken any classes yet. ?If it doesn't cost more to use the birthing center I may look into switching to another Dr. or midwife. ?I hate that they don't list the class schedules on the website.?

    I am planning on delivering there and am registered for the two classes back to back on a Saturday (April 10th) - maybe the weekend classes booked up already? Call again and get on the waitlist!
