DD has been waking several times during the night, and previously sleeping 10-12 hours straight. She just had her first break through, could it just be that? I have read about this sleep regression being about the fact that there is so much going on all at once...teething, being more mobile, etc. The thing is her naps really haven't been affected (knock on wood).
How long did it last for you? Did you do anything differently when LO woke during the night? Did you just let them fuss/cry? Did you hold or rock them back to sleep each time? I haven't done any sleep training, but I am wondering if maybe I should. Any thoughts, suggestions, or advice is greatly appreciated. TIA
Re: 8/9 month sleep regression
Haha, I know what you mean. I was kind of thinking the same thing a few weeks ago. Hopefully your LO continues doing what he's doing, and doesn't decide to change things up.
