And it's going to suck today

Emelia is never sick.  She has never had an ear infection, has had maybe one cold in her life.  Jack has had everything.

Emelia comes down with a cough all of a sudden yesterday, was up all night last night with cough and fever.  The cough sounds like croup.

And of course...we are flying to FL tonight!!!  Are you kidding me?  Of all times she gets sick it has to be today.  She is going to be a nightmare because she is so tired from not sleeping last night. 

We go to the pedi. this morning before we leave to see if it is croup or just a virus.  Fun Stuff!!

That sucks! They always seem to get sick when it's close to vacation time. I hope the pedi can give her some medication for relief. Poor girl!

my fingers are crossed that she has just worn herself out so that she will sleep the entire plane ride!!! 

That stinks though!  BOOO!

Ugh, I am sorry. That's always my fear when we plan something that there will be some sickness involved. Hope she is ok for your flight.
