iPhone 3g vs 3gs

What do you have?  Why did you choose that?

I don't have a lot of music and wont more than likely download a ton so I don't feel like I need a lot of storage room for it.  So, I'm leaning toward the cheaper 3g but don't want to regret my choice.

I thought the difference between the 3G and the 3GS had more to do with connectivity than with storage ... ?

Never mind -- I didn't realize the 3G was only 8GB. I don't have a 3G, but I would never buy an older generation of a product once there's a newer one out. You're just setting yourself up for problems when Apple decides to discontinue the model.

I'd say 3gs.  but I think they're updating it yet again this soon (out this summer, right?) so you may want to wait.

DH has the G and I have the S.  I like it because I can put videos on it for DD.  I mostly use it for news and books on CD, but it is nice to have for DD when we are stuck in the Dr. office or on long car rides.
