Eating vegetarian, that is. I am having a HUGE salad for dinner. Greens, grape tomatoes, reduced fat shredded cheddar, sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, hard boiled egg and reduced fat honey dijon mustard dressing.
It took all of 1 minute to throw together and I'm sitting here with a big bowl on the couch watching TV. It's pretty much awesome.

Mmmmmm. I like salad. I should keep more of it around.

I'm pretty sure that most vegetarians consider eggs, fish, seafood, etc. to be OK. Definitely vegans do not. There are some "extreme" vegetarians that say no to eggs as well.
Don't get me wrong - I like to go to Wendy's and order a Number Bacon.
