What did you think of their customer service? Did you have them deliver? I am guessing there is a charge for that. We are looking at getting a new bed and dresser from there, but we live about 2 hours from there.
That's pretty much the only place we get furniture. Their customer service seems great and we always have them deliver ($50 charge I think). Sometimes their deliver dates are pretty far out depending on the time of year.
We've never had anything but bad experiences with them. Our couch broke an hour after they dropped it off, and they broke our storm door getting it in, it took them FOUR HOURS to get to our house.
And our headboard we took from the store the day we bought it. Somehow between the showroom, the stockroom and the loading dock they "lost" it.
I think they're morons. This is the Kansas location - maybe the Nebraska location is better, IDK.

We have a family friend that works there, so our customer service was great. I know that doesn't really help you, though. However, we absolutely LOVE our kitchen set, ottoman, and patio furniture that we purchased there. We're not that happy with the couch or chair and a half that we bought from there, though. However, we had it custom made per the advice from our friend. I wish we would have just bought one from the store. The delivery also went well, but it did take a little longer than if we would have ordered from somewhere else. Have fun looking!
