Second attempt @ NT Scan today failed....

Today was the second time they've tried to do the NT Scan (first was 2/12).  The first time I was a week behind what they originally thought and today the little bugger was in the totally wrong position.  The baby was doing a headstand!!  Hopefully next Monday they'll be able to do the scan and I can rest easy!  Anyone else have multiple appointments for the NT scan?

Try not to get too worked up over it.  My first OB didn't do the NT scan so I didn't have one at all with DS.

Thank so the sympathy!!!  It's just so frustrating especially when I have take time off from work during the busy season!  I feel like my boss is going to kill me every time I tell her I have another appointment!

Awww good luck next time! I had to go in twice because the first time it was too early. At first, my OB dated my pregnancy based on my last period even though I told him I was pretty sure when I had conceived and it would have put me a week earlier than what he was calculating, so sure enough he sent me in a week too soon to get a good reading for the NT scan.

I hope your boss is understanding and doesn't give you a hard time.

I had to do mine twice because the first time @ 11.5 weeks this kid was literaly bouncing off the walls! Lol

I had a nice heavy carb filled meal before the second one a week later and he was passed out and therefore cooperated for the whole thing
