First I want to thank you ladies for directing me to www.albeebaby.com to buy my Britax.

We have the seat installed (Decathlon) and it is extremely hard to tighten it. Is it just my seat, or are the all like this? To get it tight enough on DS I have to stand in my van and then pull as hard as I can...this doesn't seem right....
