any tips--getting Lansinoh out of bedding? grrrr

so we got S a beautiful new comforter for her big girl bed.  she also gets very chapped lips so I put lansinoh (the nipple cream on them...works like a charm). so I went into her room yesterday and I had forgotten the lansinoh in her room. well, she had put it all over her face and a bunch got on her new LIGHT PINK comforter. the comforter cover is machine washable...I'm just wondering if the thing is done-for?

I would try dawn.  It takes grease out of your way and I think that is grease based.

Oxy clean is pretty good on grease stains too.

Ditto this.  It got my DD's chapstick off her dress.

When my DH used to work in a factory he'd get grease on his clothes and I used Lestoil.  Stinky stuff but it took the grease out.  I would try the other things first though.  BTW...you have to be careful with Lestoil...not dry in a hot dryer.
