From my experience with 2 little ones (currently PG with my 1st set of multiples), you only need one changing table, diaper disposal system, bottle brush (changed every 30 days) and drying rack for the bottles (if you're bottle feeding), breast pump (if you're BF'ing), camera, camcorder, nursing cover (if you're BF'ing), baby bathtub (but you'll want 2 seats for the tub for when they're older), glider, formula mixer (if you plan on FF'ing), diaper bag. That's all I can think of right now...
We only have two of: cribs; car seats; bouncy chairs (different brands), clothing and high
chairs.
Everything else is a single in our home. They share the playmat
& jumperoo & bathtub (because, really, they do not need to use
these at the same time). HTH!
Things we had two of the were/are essential, or at least incredibly helpful--car seats, bouncy seats, Boppies, high chairs/booster seats.
We had two swings and that was helpful, but I'd start with one because not all babies like them. We had two bumbos but we didn't use them a ton. Two pack n plays are good if you are planning on doing much traveling (we got ours used and spent something like $40 total and they are both in great shape).
We only had one play mat and jumperoo (and no exersaucer) and that worked fine.

unlike many others we only used one bouncy and one swing (a travel sized swing that matches the bouncy). these items are so similar in size that we used them interchangeably. we have a small house so have tried to only get doubles when absolutely necessary.
however, many people nap their small infants in bouncy's/swings, and we rarely did this. the swing hardly ever worked to get one girl to sleep. in general we put them in their cribs to sleep from the beginning.
you can always get one of something to see if they like it, then get another if you think you need it.
well, we have a BRU right down the street, so we are lucky in that regard.
You don't really need multiples of anything besides bottles, car seats, cribs, and high chairs. We had two swings, one bouncy seat, one Bumbo, one Boppy, one play gym floor thing, one Exersaucer, one Jumperoo, and we just constantly rotated the babies so they always had something different to do/look at. I only have 1 diaper bag, one Ergo, one changing table, one PNP, etc. We were never really short on anything.
