The VS lady can't be right...

I went in cause I am spilling out of my little 34B bras. And my shoulders are killing me with the straps... so she measures me to see what I am now.... 34D!! Are you kidding me???? ANd this is before nursing! I am a small framed woman. All my weight has been belly so I like a freak!

The people at VS always assure me I'm a C but I never wear anything but a B in anything else.  I think it's their way of making women think only their bras fit them.  I've only ever worn a C in VS bras and the same with my mom...she's always a C but at VS she's a D.

VS sizes run small in my opinion. Before pregnancy I was a C at any other store but at VS a D. They always seem to be one size up from other stores--same goes for my friends.

hmmm good point. I was a D at my biggest point when I am nursing (milk in, full boobs), so I was amazed to be a D already at this point. I didn't buy any cause I am just gonna go buy nursing bras at this point to have them handy.

Yeah, VS sizes run way small. They are my fave bras, but their sizing is whacked.

I think it also depends on which bras you wear from VS - I go between two different collections and although I haven't gone back to get resized one collection still fits and the other I completely spill out of. This will definitely be on my list of things to do very soon though...

I usually get the very sexy collection... They are just basic padded bras normally for my usually small boobs....

I agree with the earlier posts that their bras do tend to run a little small (I think both in cup size and band size).  I went from a full C/small D, to a DD in like the first 30-60 days of my pregnancy, so I wouldn't be that shocked if you are actually a D now!  I am dreading having to go even bigger and have to try to find bras later on and when my milk comes in - I am sure the size will be freaky HUGE!

Yup...their DD's were a tad snug pre-pg.  I can't even shop there now  I think I'm up to an F or something ludicrous like that!

I am a C everywhere else but a D in VS.

VS is notorious for horrible sizing. Try nordstroms or a bra speciality shop.

 

That being said, going up two sizes isn't abnormal. I did as well.

I was a B pre pregnancy with first and right before I delivered I measured in at a 36DD... and poppin out. Your boobs will grow, but personally VS is not true to size.
