I put my back out :(

DH and I went out shopping in celebration of getting our tax refund yesterday, but we were so excited to get in the car that we forgot the stroller. We ended up taking turns carrying our DD because she kept trying to run off. One of her particularly hard wiggles made me reel back and pinch a nerve in my back. Owww. I'm so worried that the more pregnant I become, the more common those instances will become.
