I got the stuff at the store today... I boiled the eggs (I boil mine for kind of a long time... probably longer than you need to, like 30 minutes or so)... then I put them in the fridge for a few minutes so that they don't burn my hands, then I take them out, roll them so the shells crack and I peel them... then break them all up into little pieces and put them in a bowl. I refrigerated it for about 25 minutes then took it out, put about 3 tablespoons of mayo, a couple sprinkles of celery salt, and some black pepper... mixed it up and put it on wheat bread! I'm just really excited b/c I've been craving egg salad for so long but kept forgetting to get the mayo and eggs when I went to the store.
