I really like my job but I despise the hours. I work night 3:30-12 and DH works days. Because of this both of us are always either working or caring for LO on our own. I feel like its killing my. I want to quit so bad. I know we can't afford it but part of me feels justified because DH was unemployed all last year.

So look for another job in your field. Don't quit yet. If you don't like your hours, I'm sure you can find a job similar to yours but with a different schedule. Or see if your boss will let you work different hours.

Or try putting your income into savings for 6 months and see if you really can afford to quit. You might be surprised. If not, you'll still have a lot more money in savings.
