MNs for our twins help!

So I realize many people will not like our first name choices but they're set. We're having trouble with middle names though... at first the girl was going to be Sawyer Marie and the boy Tripp Alexander. Now my DH wants to use Sawyer Catherine and Tripp Alexander. All the MN's are family names, but now I am sort of feeling like we've chosen two MN's from grandparents, but what about all the other grandparents, I don't want people to feel left out.  So anyone have any other suggestions?

I think Sawyer Catherine and Tripp Alexander are very nice together. I'd go with these middle names. I like Catherine much better than Marie as a middle name, and I think it flows better with Sawyer.

I really don't think you need to name your children to please other people. I can't imagine how self-centered you'd have to be to be mad that someone didn't name their baby after you.

I gather you would like name suggestions other than what you've come up with so far b/c you don't want to use grandparent's names at all. In that case, I like Sawyer Rose, Sawyer Kinsey, Sawyer Rene, and Sawyer Corinne. Tripp Cade, Tripp Cole, Tripp Zachary and Tripp Jonathan.

FWIW, I think Catherine Marie is super cute but that would completely delete Sawyer and I'm not sure how attached you are on that name. Then you could call them Tripp and Cat (or Cate would be cute too). That way, both grandma's would be honored.

I like Catherine a lot more than Marie. My middle name is Marie and I've never liked it. It's so predictable. Most of my friends have Marie as their middle name.

Totally this. Name your children the names you want them to travel through life with.
