Prenatal massage Q

It's been at least 7 years since I had a massage, but I have one booked for next weekend.  I'm using a GC from DH to pay for the massage, but I'm not sure what is customary to tip a massage therapist. 

What do you consider normal for a tip?

I usually tip 20%, I am always completely grateful

I usually go with the standard 15-20% based on the rate.  A little more if it is amazing, a little less if it is not great.
