I was wondering how often you feel movement at 20 weeks. Usually I feel a few kicks in the morning and around breakfast time... and then really not much at all for the rest of the day. I can't remember feeling any movement so far today.. should I be concerned?
Re: Movement at 20 weeks ?
It's still a bit early for movement to become consistant. Sometimes it can take a while. Kick counts normally don't begin until around 28w. Even then I was told if I didn't feel her in a 12 hour period to call. At 32w I was told 10 kicks every 4 hours.
You still got time for movement to become regular. But a good trick is lay on your side, drink some water and just wait. Worked like a charm for me.
I agree, I don't feel little man nearly as much as I would like to, but the small movements I get in the evening makes me feel happy regardless.
I still haven't felt a "super kick", and have yet to feel him from the outside!

I actually didn't feel movement for like, an entire WEEK from 19-20s (after feeling inconsistent movement since 18 weeks) and I was REALLY scared, and then we had our BIG u/s and everything was fine
I didn't start feeling kicks again until the end of 21 weeks, so I'm sure everything is fine! I also read (eek, I forgot where) that they're often "nocturnal" and move more while you're sleeping. (I don't know how true this is because I feel him off and on all day, so...)
Thank you ladies! I don't know why I got so worried about it today...
I definitely feel better knowing that I'm not alone
thanks!
