I give Evan an egg sandwich sometimes. Here's a step by step if you want to try sometime. Just crack and egg on the pan, break the yoke and smush/flatten with the spatula. Lay two pieces of bread out and put a slice of cheese on one half, then lay the cooked egg on top of cheese - flatten sandwich as much as you can. Let cool for a while so the cheese is less melty and cut into little squares.
Evan likes it this way because sometimes he is particular about picking up sticky, wet things.
Sorry to hear that the eggs didn't go over very well, but I had to LOL a little at picturing her with eggs in her hair and all over. That egg sandwich that Telyco posted about seems like a good idea. Maybe I'll try that this weekend.

Ian hasn't been a huge fan of eggs, either. I'll definitely have to try Telyco's suggestion, though. It may be a good lunch alternative one of these days.
Re: Eggs were not so successful for us.
Haha...sounds like every meal here!
