I asked on the Photography board, but thought I'd ask here as well.
We leave tomorrow for our house hunting trip in Arkansas. I didn't plan very well and just realized this is our first plane trip since getting our dSLR. When I had a point and shoot, it easily fit in the diaper bag/purse. When we travel, I always combine my necessities from my purse and the diaper bag into one large Vera Bradley bag. My dSLR will fit in it, but not in the case. Do you think it would be ok wrapped in a baby blanket? I definitely don't want anything to happen to it, but I also need to take it so we can compare houses, etc.
Re: XP: plane travel with dSLR
this is probably a better idea... if you are just taking pics to compare houses
