He ate eggs!!!

I made scrambled eggs for the 1st time in my life and Ethan ate them.  I am going to try and hide veggies in them and see if he will eat a quiche.  I'm not going to get my hopes up b/c tomorrow he will hate them

    Omelettes are also good for hiding veggies in. Stick them in the melted cheese ;)

    Yay! Weren't scrambled eggs easy? :)
    Maybe I will try this for Eve today. I gave her some of my omelette at breakfast last Sunday, but maybe if I make them mushier she will like it better.

    Evan LOVES eggs. It's my go to meal for him. I've tried putting small pieces of veggies in, but he spits the veggies out. But I do put pureed veggies and cheese in them.
