Did your LO's forget how to do one thing when they learned another?  DD rolled tummy to back at about 3 months old and did it every time she was placed on her tummy.  The day she learned how to roll back to belly, she never once went the other way again.  It is almost like she forgot.  I am only curious because once she gets on her tummy in the crib she screams until I come flip her.

This happened with DS, but I think it was because he was bigger and couldn't get his arm underneath him.  He would get stuck.

I do think they forgot how to do things sometimes. Eve has done this with a bunch of her words.. She will be saying something like crazy, and then forget about it..

Yup.  It is a part of learning.  Their brains place all their focus on the new learning and the old learning gets set aside.  It's actually not forgotten though so the old stuff will come back.
