So now that there is a slight impovement on traffic here... let's introduce ourselves.

Name/Age/Occupation -  I am Emily, 28, SAHM (my ultimate dream job actually wanted to stay at home and be a mom since I was little) 

DH/SO - Married to DH (33) for almost 2 years (together for 6 years). 

Children/Age - My son is as the siggy says 8.5 months. 

How did you find out you were pregnant? - Our baby was a welcome home deployment surprise (we were going to start trying on our 1 year anniversary - instead happily found out we were expecting on our 6 month anniversary.

Las Vegas, Tahoe, or Reno? - Las Vegas

How many children would you like to have? - 4, but I think DH may only agree to 3

PS the only reason I am up at this hour is bc DS is sick and having a hard time sleeping - otherwise I would indeed be sleeping...

How did you find out you were pregnant? - We were trying for a while.  I actually had to have surgery in July, 2009 to remove some fibroids and polyps that were causing problems, unbeknownst to me.  Once they were removed and I waited the obligatory 3 months to start TTC again, we were pregnant!  I decided to take a test the night of DH's Christmas party and freaked when I saw a faint line!  The next day the word "pregnant" on the digital confirmed it for me!

How did you find out you were pregnant? The day after christmas, I was late but I just thought it was because I had just stopped taking the pill, so I assumed I was just off schedule.  My hubby kept teasing my that I was prego-so I decided to find out-wow! We were shocked-the dr said it would take three to six months at the least

  Sorry a little behind here....   Name/Age/Occupation -  I am Debbie, 26, and I am a first grade teacher. DH/SO - Legally married but we haven't had a proper wedding yet so we are planning on getting (re)married in August of 2011.... so I consider myself engaged.  You'll see why we postponed our wedding when you find out how I got pregnant. Children/Age - Oliver is our first... he is 5 weeks old already! How did you find out you were pregnant? -A friend had just broken up with her boyfriend and suspected she might be pregnant so she bought some pregnancy tests.  She was not pregnant, but I had taken one of them for no particular reason and discovered a BFP!  Mind you, I was on BCP at the time so it was a total shock... I was that 1%!  My fiancee and I decided to get legally married sooner than expected just to make things a little easier for when baby came, but we bumped up the wedding to 2011 to give us a chance to plan more and already be settled with baby so we think of it as an extremely belated reception.    Despite it not being planned, Oliver is the greatest thing that ever happened to us, and the best surprise of our lives.  Las Vegas, Tahoe, or Reno? - Las Vegas How many children would you like to have? -Probably 2.  We will see in a few years!

How did you find out you were pregnant? - My cycle was completely irregular and I didn't think there was anyway I was pregnant, but took a HPT anyway b/c of a "feeling."
