Hi,
I have a question about when to count you period as CD1. Ok I got up today and I was spotting dark brown and it was on the toilet paper too. Should I consider this CD1 or should I wait until I see red flow? Which will prob be Friday. I know I should know this we have only been ttc for about 4 yrs maybe a little more than 4.
But I was curious as what you ladies count as CD1.
Thanks,
Deb
An intro post to come some too.
Re: what do you count as the first day of your period, spotting, light bleeding...
According to my RE: CD1 is the first day of "consistent, red flow" not brown not pink. He does not put a time on it like some others like "before noon"

Thanks everyone, it's been a while since we have had a new RE...I should have asked. I feel dumb asking because I should have known. But a refresher is always great. Thanks.
I also posted my intro.
