Hi I am looking for a doctor. I want to deliver at St Peters hospital in Albany, NY. (would even consider Albany med) Does anyone have any recommendations? My previous doctor is no longer in the area.
And where I am going now, I feel it?s too large and I am not getting a connection with the doctor.
Currently the place I go to has about 8 doctors. Whenever I go for an appointment I see everyone but a doctor, I feel the treatment is very cold and not through.
And delivery is based on whichever 8 doctors are on call.
Can anyone recommend an office where I will actually get to know the doctor who will be delivering my baby and they feel confident with staff and happy with treatment?
Thanks.
Re: Help, I need an obgyn in albany, ny asap
Upstate OBGYN. They are the bomb. I have friends who've had issues with other places and I've not had a single issue with them.

posted too soon!
They have 4 OBs, 2 women and 2 men. I liked it because I didn't have to worry about "my" doctor's schedule and my due date. You just rotate through them. 8 OBs is a lot!

We use Dr. Burstyn, and she's lovely. Her nurse practicioner is also great, but we're also pretty early in the process. (13w4d)
Good Luck!
