Possible lockdown???

Ruh Roh.  There are rumors flying about at school that a lockdown is imminent.  There are cops outside and the halls are being cleared, but the alarm hasn't been rung.  The teachers haven't been notified either.  Hmm... I hope everything is ok.  Just wish I had more information at this point.

This is really weird.  I don't know why they haven't called a full on lockdown yet.  The word is that there was a stabbing in one of the portables of our school that is being investigated.  They don't know if they have the right person in custody right now.  Why haven't they called an official lockdown?  I'm a little scared right now.  I'm just hiding myself away in my office with the blinds drawn.

I hate rumours.  The REAL story is one of the students in our portable for juvenile offenders threatened that he had a bomb on him.  When he was wrestled to the ground, they found a knife.  I guess the police investigated it to make sure there wasn't anyone else invovled. 

Phew!  I am starting to feel a little safer now, but I'm still really emotional.  I am supposed to go on duty in the halls now and I don't know if I am ready.  Ugh.  What a day.
