I have: a bag of noodles (they are hamburger helper elbow noodles, but they will work just as well), a block of velveeta cheese, and milk at home.. but no butter. And seasonings.
What's the best way to make macaroni and cheese? Is it okay to not use butter?
Oh, and I want to add fresh broccoli to it.
